When I started working for my parents factory about twenty years ago, I didn't think twice about any of the factory problems. I just figured that we would be able to make things work by taking things day by day, but that only worked for so long. Pretty soon, we found ourselves struggling with things like lawsuits, and I knew that we had to make some changes. We started overhauling our practices and it made a tremendous difference.
